If you’re heading to IMEX Frankfurt this May, here’s your chance to stay active, bond with your team, and maybe even walk away with some seriously great prizes.
The IMEX Frankfurt Well-being Challenge—sponsored by Caesars Entertainment, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and PCMA Foundation—is a high-energy (and completely free) teambuilding experience designed to boost the well-being of exhibitor teams at IMEX Frankfurt 2026.
When you choose a team member to join the Challenge, you’ll create your exhibitor team as part of the in-app registration process. Then spread the word for your colleagues to join in.
Team members can compete on multiple levels simultaneously. Take a look below:
• Intra-team Competition—See who is on the top of your team’s own leaderboard for bragging rights or you can even create your own prizes. Essentially, you get your own free Well-being Challenge for your group.
• Compete Against Other Exhibitor Teams—Based on average points per team. In addition to bragging rights, the top Exhibitor and Buyer Teams on the leaderboard (based on final average points attained), will be interviewed by Prevue Meetings + Incentives and featured in an upcoming article plus win a free Well-being Challenge for their organization.
• Individual Competition—Hit target point goal levels or rise on the leaderboard for a chance to win some amazing prizes, including great swag and luxe getaways.

If you participate, there are a few notes to keep in mind:
• You will need a minimum of 3 people per team to qualify for the team leaderboard. There is no max limit.
• Team can consist of exhibitor staff members, hosted buyers/customers and/or partners within a booth.
• Team captain will help promote and drive your team’s participation.
