JW Marriott has opened the newly reimagined JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown, introducing an updated luxury property located minutes from major attractions, including Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Georgia Aquarium. The hotel positions itself as a new option for meetings and events in one of the Southeast’s busiest convention and sports markets.
The property features nearly 10,000 sf of flexible meeting and event space suitable for executive meetings, corporate retreats, incentive gatherings and social events. Event venues include conference rooms, banquet halls, and pre-function areas, along with Blank Canvas, a customizable event venue with minimalist design elements that support a range of meeting formats and branding opportunities. The Haven, an extension of the pre-function space, offers a more casual lounge-style environment for networking sessions and smaller gatherings.
Rooftop Amenities, Flexible Venues
The hotel debuts one of the city’s largest Executive Lounges. Located on the second floor, the lounge provides 24/7 access for eligible guests and Marriott Bonvoy members, offering communal workspaces, complimentary breakfast, refreshments and evening hors d’oeuvres. The space is designed to accommodate informal meetings, individual work sessions and small networking opportunities between scheduled events.
Food-and-beverage offerings include The Ledger Bar and Lounge, a lobby-centered venue. Additional concepts include Fiora, an Italian-inspired restaurant serving breakfast with expanded dining planned later this year, and JW Market, which offers grab-and-go selections.
