Stephanie Harris
President of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF)

In her role, she directs the efforts of the IRF, an organization that funds and promotes research to increase the understanding, effective use, and benefits of incentives to businesses globally. Harris is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the IRF, working closely with the IRF Board of Trustees.

Prior to joining the IRF, Harris held leadership positions at American Express Meetings & Events, leading their global event strategy, thought leadership, and marketing efforts. During her tenure, Harris created the Global Meetings Industry Forecast which has become an industry bellwether. She also spent eight years at Maritz, working across the Motivation, Rewards, and Travel business units where she developed an understanding of, and passion for, the incentives business.

Harris has served on the Meeting Professionals International Foundation Board and the Travel + Leisure Business Travel Advisory Board. She has received the American Express Chairman’s Award for Excellence, was a 2015 Pacesetter at American Express GBT, and was the recipient of the Maritz Innovation Award.

Amanda Schleede
Chief Executive Officer, Attend Safe

With over 25 years of healthcare focused experience within the management consulting, service, and venture capital worlds, Amanda has honed her skills to get the job done. Her previous experience working for multiple entrepreneurial based organizations provides her with the experience to anticipate client needs and the road ahead.

Her extensive experience focused on organizational design and needs assessment, provides her clients with an inside perspective in developing and implementing a full health protocol playbook for their organization. Additionally, as a conscious leader, she speaks with integrity, leads with authenticity, and holds herself accountable.

Dave Stevens
Principal, Event Marketing Authority

Dave is a 20-year veteran planner and 4x Fittest Male #EventProf. He has planned meetings, events, and incentives in media, live entertainment, agency, association and corporate organizations. He has a Delos Wellness for Meetings and Event Certificate, is Pandemic Meeting Event Design certified, BizBash 500, Connect 40 Under 40, and Smart Meetings Planner of the year. He credits the ability to create true experiences for event attendees to the clarity and mental breaks workouts bring to his day. He and the Olympian Meeting team, including a Medical Doctor and Nutrition Coach authored a white paper on the increased ROI that can come from increasing wellness elements into your meeting.
