As The Boca Raton marks its 100th anniversary, the South Florida resort is investing in both its accommodations and its meetings product, announcing a redesign of the Cloister guest rooms and suites, along with a refresh of the property’s flagship Mizner Center event complex.

The enhancements build on the resort’s recent $375 million transformation.

“What sets The Boca Raton apart is that every generation has built on the one before it,” said Daniel A. Hostettler, President & CEO of The Boca Raton, in a media statement. “We’re not just carrying forward our history; we’re shaping the future of the luxury resort experience. Every enhancement, every space, is poised to set a new benchmark for generations of members and guests.”

Guest Room & Meeting Space Enhancements

Design firm Curioso will reimagine Cloister’s 297 guest rooms, including 28 suites, while keeping the hotel fully operational throughout the phased project, slated for completion this fall.

The resort is also refreshing the Mizner Center, its conference hub featuring 80,000 square feet of flexible function space. Rockwell Group is leading the redesign, which will update the Grand Ballroom, Royal Palm Ballroom, Addison Ballroom, Estate Ballroom, the Verandas, and the outdoor Spanish Terrace with new furnishings, custom lighting and layered finishes. Construction begins this summer, with the revamped venues expected to debut this fall.

Beyond the physical upgrades, The Boca Raton continues to strengthen its group appeal with golf, racquet sports, yacht charters and wellness programming for incentive groups and executive retreats, supported by its Boca By Design events team, in-house production and destination management services.
